Our services are based entirely on publicly available information that content creators have voluntarily shared on YouTube and similar platforms. We process public YouTube videos, including their transcripts and metadata that are openly accessible to anyone on the internet; public information about content creators that they have chosen to make available on their channels, such as their names, titles, associated organizations, channel names, publicly displayed usernames, and other information they have voluntarily published; public comments, engagement metrics, and other interaction data that is openly visible on the platform; and analytical insights derived from processing this publicly available content.
We do not collect personal information directly from visitors to our website, nor do we access on Youtube any private or restricted videos or information that requires authentication beyond what is publicly accessible to any internet user.
3. How We Use Personal Information

It means that this information may be transferred to—and maintained on—computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from your jurisdiction.
